1202 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1202 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1202 platform — including the website, mobile app, or any services provided — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 1202 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. 1202 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm user eligibility.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 1202. You are advised to keep a copy of this document for your personal reference.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1202 platform. Creating multiple accounts using different or false information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1202 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts, including all bets placed, financial transactions, and interactions within the platform. Your account must not be used for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that contravenes Malaysian law.
Users are required to keep their personal information on the platform up to date. Any changes to personal details — such as phone number or email address — must be updated via account settings within a reasonable timeframe.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 1202 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposits can be made via DuitNow, FPX, or any supported eWallet. All transactions are processed securely and funds are credited to your account upon verification.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and fulfilment of the applicable requirements. For security purposes, the withdrawal method must match the original deposit method used.
Any attempt to conduct transactions using third-party accounts, stolen credit cards, or other fraudulent methods will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to 1202 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be able to be processed.
Platform Rules, Liability Limits & Account Termination
Platform Terms of Use
Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to access or exploit the 1202 platform in an unauthorised manner. Any attempt to manipulate the system, odds, or game outcomes constitutes a serious violation of these terms.
Users must also not use the platform to distribute unlawful, offensive, or disruptive content that may negatively affect the experience of other users. 1202 reserves the right to restrict access or take action against any user who violates these rules.
Limitation of Liability
The 1202 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. 1202 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from wagering, service disruptions beyond our control, or actions taken by third parties.
1202's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the relevant time.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1202 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a threat to platform security. Any legitimate funds held in a closed account will be processed in accordance with our standard verification procedures.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1202 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 1202 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1202.
Any unauthorised use may result in legal action under applicable Malaysian intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Links
The 1202 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 1202 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of each third-party website they visit separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1202 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior user consent. Changes take effect immediately upon being published to the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version.
Your continued use of the 1202 platform following any changes to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the relevant Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes relating to the 1202 platform.
